Crushtober is a FUN one-day, full field tournament for High School Open and GNB/FMP Ultimate Frisbee teams. High School teams play at Louisiana Oaks fields in St. Louis Park.

Fall League is organized by team captains. Reach out (emails below) to receive information about practices and games. More information about the spring season will be posted in 2025.

A Note on Team Names
In a Board meeting early in 2023, the Crush Ultimate Board, Coaches, and Captains all agreed to make the team names more inclusive and move away from the Boys and Girls labels used in the past. We will be using the following names for our teams:
Girls/Non-Binary or FMP Team - sometimes abbreviated as GNB. FMP is female-matching players.
Open Varsity Team (previously the Boys Varsity Team)
Open JV Team (previously the Boys JV Team)
Captains
Team Captains communicate with players. Players and guardians can also receive updates through Remind. See "Connect with Us" information below.
